Last week I reported on a Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center staff psychiatrist and University of Pennsylvania professor of psychiatry who advised a pro-gun veteran to commit suicide. The BATF has advised people to be on the lookout for fraudulent National Firearms Act (NFA) tax registration forms being used to sell NFA firearms (machine guns and the like).
