Neil Raciti, a veteran Middlesex County, NJ sheriff’s deputy and Milltown Councilman was arrested several days ago on an aggravated assault charge and was arrested again for illegal possession of an AR-15 “assault rifle” and 9 loaded “high-capacity” magazines.
