A teenager was shot this week at the South Carolina State Fair, a venue which searches with metal detectors and bans carry of firearms even by permit holders.

On October 24, Indianapolis Cajun restaurant Papa Roux Po-Boys and Cajun Eats was robbed for the first time ever in its 8 years of existence, and owner Art Bouvier responded by announcing a 25% discount price for concealed carry permit holders in order to attract armed, law-abiding citizens to the restaurant. Apparently his business is now way up, and no more robberies.
