GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, who has a spotted history on gun rights, has now released a position paper on guns which proposes re-legalization of machine guns, national CCW permit reciprocity, arming military troops on bases and recruiting centers, better (but not expanded) NICS checks, no gun or magazine bans, enforcement of existing gun laws, and adding ill-advised enhanced penalties for use of a firearm in a crime.

RINO candidate Chris Christie has ordered the NJ Air National Guard brigadier general to slim down from his 43.5″ waist size. Christie himself slimmed down to a measly 320 pounds after having lap band surgery. Christie also has ideas about your guns, and how your collection should be skinnier than his.

US House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), 65, says that he will resign as Speaker and from Congress at the end of October. Good riddance.
