A woman was carjacked by an armed criminal in the Jackson, MS, Baptist Hospital parking garage at 6:30 one morning last week. Baptist Hospital has those “no guns” signs posted, because they are stupid. But of course you can legally CCW there with an enhanced MS license, or openly carry (though you may be asked to leave).
