Colt Defense LLC has been working on its troubled finances with a “repacking” of Colt’s debt to prevent either a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy filing. If successful, Colt should be able to look forward instead of constantly worrying about its snowballing debt obligations. Colt apparently does intend to stay in the game.
