Cops using new RADAR to “see” into homes

Beginning over two years ago, at least 50 US law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and the US Marshals Service, have equipped their officers with clandestine radar devices that allow them to effectively see through walls to find if anyone is moving inside. The technology raises legal and privacy issues because the US Supreme Court has said officers generally cannot use high-tech sensors to tell them about the inside of a person’s house without first obtaining a search warrant.
