Charles “Chub” Eastman passed away on Aug. 3

Charles “Chub” Eastman passed away on Aug. 3 of this year.

Chub was a salesman for Winchester in the 70s out of Denver and at the same time he was a competitive trap shooter, winning many awards and was on the 1976 ATA World Record Handicap 27yd Squad. In 1980 Chub joined Leupold & Stevens as their sales manager, and traveled all over the country. He went to work for Nosler in the late 1980s as their vice president of sales before retiring in 2002.

You may recognize his name as author of numerous articles in shooting magazines in recent years right up to the present.
