Army guns to replace the Beretta M9
Apparently its official. Or at least more official than the constant reports we’ve received for the last 25 years. The Pentagon has announced it will actively seek a new manufacturing contract to replace the Beretta M9 as the primary sidearm of the US military. The Pentagon will formally issue the Modular Handgun System solicitation in January.
