Hattiesburg, MS mayor and Bloomberg crony Johnny DuPree (D), currently in civil contempt of a court order, went on FoxNews in the wake of the murders of two Hattiesburg police officers last week and blamed Mississippi’s open carry gun law and purse carry law. Apparently DuPree thinks passing laws stops criminals. OK then, let’s pass a law making it illegal for felons to have guns, or making it illegal to kill people… (More on the crime here.)
MI State Sen. Virgil Smith (D), 35, was taken into police custody Sunday after he fired several shots from a shotgun at a vehicle belonging to his ex-wife outside his home during a 3-way domestic dispute. The woman was uninjured, though the vehicle was hit several times. Smith, a Democrat, is rated at 0% by the Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Ownership. Smith has voted anti-gun since taking office in the House of Representatives back in 2003 to 2008, and now as a state senator. He received the racially-segregated Man of Excellence Award by the Michigan Chronicle in 2014 and was named Legislator of the Year by the Michigan Bankers Association last year as well, which should tell you something about the Chronicle and the MBA.
Meanwhile, Special Agent Kevin O’Keefe, the chief of the ATF’s Violent Crime Intelligence Division (and the liberal lamestream media) is blaming Georgia’s gun laws for the murder of a policeman in New York City with a STOLEN gun. I think O’Keefe is in the wrong division.
Mayor Ed Hozza (D) of Whitehall Township, PA, faced a small army of hostile military veterans during a township commissioners meeting last month because the mayor had a POW/MIA flag taken down from a flag pole so a Syrian flag-raising event could be held outside the township building.
On May 4, Sandy Hook Promise, Tim McGraw and Chase Bryant’s gun control group, along with Gabby Giffords and hubby spaceman Mark Kelly, praised the passage of Oregon Senate Bill 941, which imposes new gun control requirements on the backs of law-abiding Oregonians.
Lamestream media caught lying again.
Celebrity enemies donating to elect virulent anti-gunner Kamala Harris (D), California’s current attorney general, to succeed retiring gun-banner Sen. Barbara Boxer (D).
